1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the RTOAiVoX website and application provided by Abeer Salem (ABN 93 373 554 531), we, us or our. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

3. Your account

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. The service

RTOAiVoX provides AI assisted tools for Australian VET and RTO professionals and a jobs board connecting trainers and assessors with RTOs. Some features require a paid subscription. We may change, add or remove features over time.

5. The AI tools and outputs

The AI tools generate drafts to assist you. Outputs are produced by software, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not legal, compliance or professional advice. We do not guarantee that any output is compliant with the Standards for RTOs, ASQA requirements, training package rules, or fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, validating and contextualising any output before you rely on or use it.

6. The jobs board

The jobs board is a platform that connects users. We are not the employer, the recruiter or a party to any application, offer or employment that results from it. We do not guarantee that any role, application or hire will eventuate, and any verification indicator we show is limited and is not a guarantee about a user or organisation.

If you advertise a role, you must ensure your listing is accurate, lawful, for a genuine role, and not discriminatory or misleading, and you must comply with all applicable laws including anti discrimination and workplace laws. If you apply for a role, you must provide accurate information about yourself.

7. Your content and conduct

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including your profile, resume and messages. You grant us the licence needed to host, store and display that content so we can provide the service, including showing it to the users you choose. You must not use the service to post unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing or abusive content, to harass other users, to send spam, or to attempt to access data you are not authorised to see.

8. Our intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, branding, logo and content we provide, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute it without our written permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own content.

9. Payments

Paid subscriptions and any paid job advertising are charged as described at the point of purchase. Fees and inclusions may change, and we will give notice of material changes where required.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Third party services

The service relies on third party providers, including hosting and AI providers. We are not responsible for those third parties beyond our own obligations to you.

12. Disclaimers and consumer rights

The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our other warranties are excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your non excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or to protect the service or other users. You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and change the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that place.
