RTOAiVoX provides AI-powered tools for the Australian Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, including content creation, compliance checking, and training resources.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your details up to date.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. A 7-day free trial is available for new users — no charge applies until the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorised access, distributing malware, or using AI-generated content in a misleading or harmful manner.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using RTOAiVoX tools belongs to you. The platform itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of RTOAiVoX.

7. Limitation of Liability

RTOAiVoX is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
