Being a member is not the same as advertising for work. Your professional visibility and your job-seeker visibility are separate settings, and neither is on by default. We never publish an individual’s profile without their consent.
Messaging is contextual, not open. Someone can only start a conversation when there is a reason to: an application you made, a role you are discoverable for, or a company page you contacted.
Connect with colleagues, follow people whose work you want to see, and post to a shared feed of text and photos. There are no link posts: a feed that rewards outbound links becomes a marketing channel, and this one is for practitioners talking to each other.
Posts can be reported, and a reported post is hidden pending review rather than after it. Moderation decisions are made by people.
RTOAiVoX is for people aged 18 and over. There are no pupil or under-18 accounts anywhere on the platform, including in the school-professionals area.
