Studio is a service, not software access. It is billed separately from your platform subscription, and buying or cancelling one never changes the other.

Standard training and assessment resources, produced one request at a time.

Two authorised users sharing one Studio queue, messages and files.

  • Up to 15 minutes of finished educational video per month
  • One request produced at a time, with a queue you control

Prices in Australian dollars, billed monthly and separately from your platform plan. Unused video minutes do not roll over, and a single finished video is up to 15 minutes. Allowances can be split across shorter videos.

How it works

  1. 1. You send a brief through your Studio area, with any source files.
  2. 2. We confirm it, or ask for what is missing, and place it in your queue.
  3. 3. One request is produced at a time. You can reorder your own queue.
  4. 4. You review the draft and either approve it or ask for a revision.
  5. 5. Files are delivered to your Studio Files area and the request closes.

What Studio does not do

  • It does not make assessment decisions. Judging competence is your role and cannot be outsourced.
  • It does not determine whether anything meets a standard. Our work supports your quality processes; it does not replace them.
  • It does not replace validation. A resource we produce still goes through your own validation like any other.
  • It is not an unlimited service. One request is produced at a time, and your plan sets how much finished video you receive each month.
