13 tools that draft,
so you can validate

Every tool creates a first draft of the documents education runs on. They draft; you validate. That division is the product, not a caveat about it.

What “our tools draft, you validate” actually means

Every tool produces a real, complete file: a DOCX, PPTX or MP3 you download and edit, not a preview or a block of text to copy out. What it does not produce is a finished document. It has not met your learners, it does not know your delivery, and it cannot tell you whether anything meets a standard.

When a tool cannot produce valid output, it says so and offers a retry. It never returns a document that looks finished and is not. A broken file you can see is safer than a plausible one you cannot.

The tools

ToolWhat it draftsWhat you still doOut
Session planA structured session with timings, activities and resources against the unit you name. That the timings suit your cohort and the activities suit your setting.DOCX
Assessment toolAssessment instruments mapped to the unit's elements and performance criteria.Every mapping decision, and whether the evidence would satisfy your validation panel.DOCX
Marking guideBenchmark answers and observable criteria for marking consistently. That the benchmarks match how you actually judge competence.DOCX
Mapping matrixA matrix showing where each requirement is addressed and evidenced.Every cell. A mapping nobody checked is a mapping that has not been done.DOCX
ValidationA clause-by-clause working document against the Standards for RTOs 2025.The findings themselves, and the panel's independence and composition.DOCX
Training planA delivery and assessment plan across a qualification.Sequencing, prerequisites and how it fits your calendar.DOCX
RPL evidenceAn evidence plan and competency-conversation questions for a candidate.Whether the evidence proposed is sufficient, current and authentic.DOCX
LLN analyserAn analysis of the language, literacy and numeracy demands in your material. The judgement against the ACSF, and what support your learners actually need.DOCX
LLN support strategiesPractical support and adjustment strategies for identified needs. That each adjustment preserves the requirements being assessed.DOCX
Document analysisA structured read of a document you upload, against what you ask of it.Anything it says about a document you know better than it does.DOCX
PowerPointSlides from your content, with speaker notes and a consistent theme. That the slides say what you would say, in your own voice.PPTX
Custom templateA document following your own structure rather than one of ours.Everything. A custom template gives the tool less to check itself against.DOCX
AudioA spoken version of written content, for learners who prefer or need audio.Pronunciation of technical and product-specific terms.MP3

What they will not do

  • Tell you anything is compliant, audit-ready or meets a standard. That is your judgement and, ultimately, the regulator’s.
  • Replace validation, moderation or industry consultation.
  • Know your cohort, your workplace arrangements or your own quality processes.
  • Guarantee currency. Always check the training product on training.gov.au yourself.
