About RTOAiVoX

RTOAiVoX is a platform for education professionals. It brings together AI assisted tools, a professional network, a jobs board and short courses, built for the people who plan, deliver and assess learning: VET trainers and assessors, RTO and TAFE staff, primary and secondary teachers, lecturers, learning designers and academic staff in higher education.

Why it exists

Educators spend a lot of time on documents, mapping, moderation and day to day compliance work. The paperwork differs between a training package, a school programme and a unit outline, but the shape of it does not: someone has to turn a set of requirements into materials, and then evidence that they did. RTOAiVoX was built to take that load off your plate, so you spend less time starting from a blank page and more time on the parts that need your professional judgement.

How it works

Our tools draft, you validate. The AI produces a first draft to work from, and you review, adjust and contextualise it for your learners and your organisation. We do not claim the output is automatically compliant, because the person who knows your context is you. The tools are here to speed up the work, not to replace your professional decisions.

The network and jobs board

RTOAiVoX includes a professional network where educators can build a profile, connect with peers and follow a shared feed, plus a jobs board that connects trainers, assessors, teachers and academic staff with the RTOs, TAFEs, schools, universities and employers looking for them. Browse current roles or list a vacancy, all in one place.

Short courses

RTOAiVoX hosts short professional development courses created by educators. These are short courses and completion is recognised with a completion badge.

!

They are not nationally recognised training or accredited qualifications, and RTOAiVoX is not a Registered Training Organisation.

Who is behind it

RTOAiVoX is built by practising educators with deep, hands on experience in vocational training and assessment across multiple RTOs and TAFEs. That is where our roots are, and we say so plainly rather than claiming a background we do not have. The work of planning, delivering and evidencing learning is largely the same across schools and higher education, which is why the platform now serves those sectors too, and every tool is still shaped by real classroom and delivery experience rather than built from outside the sector looking in.
