Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

1. Free Trial

RTOAiVoX offers a 7-day free trial for all new users. No payment is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

2. Subscription Payments

After your free trial, your subscription is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with RTOAiVoX within 7 days of your first charge, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@rtoaivox.com.au with your account email address. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe.

5. Subsequent Payments

Refunds are not available for subsequent monthly payments after the initial 7-day guarantee period. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the next billing date if you no longer wish to use the service.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the platform, or if you were charged in error, please contact us. We will review your case and may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
