1. About this policy
This policy explains how Abeer Salem (ABN 93 373 554 531), trading as RTOAiVoX, we, us or our, collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you use the RTOAiVoX website and application at rtoaivox.com.au and related services. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
2. The information we collect
We may collect account details such as your name and email; profile information you choose to provide on the jobs board, including your location, qualifications, skills, experience and resume; employer and company information if you advertise roles; messages you send through the service; content you enter into the AI tools; and technical information such as log data, device and browser details, and usage activity.
3. How we collect it
We collect most information directly from you when you create an account, build a profile, post a job, send a message or use a tool. We also collect some technical information automatically as you use the service.
4. Why we collect and use it
We use your information to provide and operate the service, including the jobs board and the AI tools, to match seekers and roles, to send service messages and notifications, to provide support, to keep the service safe and prevent misuse, to improve the service, and to meet legal obligations.
5. When we disclose it
We disclose personal information to service providers who help us run the service, including our hosting and database provider, our email provider, and the artificial intelligence providers that process content you submit to the AI tools. We also disclose information to other users where you choose to, for example your profile and resume are visible to an RTO when you apply to their role, or to RTOs generally if you set your profile to discoverable, and your messages are visible to the other party in the conversation. We do not sell personal information.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers, including our artificial intelligence providers and possibly our hosting provider, may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. By using the service you acknowledge that your information may be handled overseas. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately.
7. The AI tools
When you enter content into the AI tools, that content is sent to third party AI providers to generate a response. Please do not enter information you do not want processed in this way. Outputs from the AI tools are drafts generated by software and may contain errors.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including storing resumes privately and restricting access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. How long we keep it
We keep personal information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal information, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
10. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@rtoaivox.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
11. Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
12. Children
The service is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under that age.
